For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns for used or installed sanitary products.
2. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item:

Items not in original condition or missing parts.

Products purchased during clearance sales or special promotions (unless defective).

5. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase if not yet shipped.

Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible.
